Vacation Bible School

 

 

Vacation Bible School (VBS) offers an intensive four-day experience for those children entering kindergarten to those entering 5th grade.  Traditionally, our VBS program has been offered Monday-Thursday of the first full week of June in the mornings.  This date is determined each year by the Christian Education Committee.  Each day focuses on a particular Bible story and the day's activities (storytelling, crafts, snack, recreation and music) all reinforce that Bible story.  The Christian Education Committee sees VBS as a fun, Spirit-filled way of experiencing the love of God and the Good News of Jesus.  Children who have recently completed 5th grade are eligible to be Youth helpers with VBS.  Check our website home page for 2012 dates and theme!
